Julius Maximilian Rogenhofer is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office. Julius advises funds, banks and asset managers on structured finance transactions including asset backed securitisations, real estate backed funding structures and loan portfolio financings, including non-performing loans. He also has experience with fund finance, derivatives and trusts structures.
Julius attended Warwick University where he received his undergraduate degree in Law and Business with First Class Honours. He also obtained an MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge and is the author of Decisiveness and Fear of Disorder, Political Decision-Making in Times of Crisis (2024). He is admitted to practice in England and Wales and New York.
